About Us

Danny Bigel has over twenty years of experience in both the finance and entertainment industries, and brings a unique quality and skill set to the current media landscape. As an independent film producer, Bigel has produced 11 feature films since 1996 with many of Hollywood’s most established stars and directors, and has earned a reputation for making quality films, financed by first tier bankable elements, at only a fraction of industry costs. Prior to joining the entertainment industry, Mr. Bigel was a Member of the New York Stock Exchange for fifteen years (from 1991 and until the NYSE went public in March 2006). In 2001 Bigel became an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business teaching a graduate level finance course on the entertainment finance.  In 2006 Bigel helped to launch InWorld Studios, a Los Angeles based technology company who produces original 3D content, online virtual worlds and mobile games and applications. In 2007 Bigel co-founded of Broadway South, LLC, which seeks to create a “theater district” for the “live performing arts” in downtown New Orleans. The vision is one that will reinvent this great city into a world class cultural destination for tourism by creating the only live performing arts center in the southern United States.  In 2008 Bigel co-founded Sammy & Sue Enterprises, LLC, an entertainment company for kids striving to educate kids – through books, games, and an online Virtual World – about living a healthy and “green” life.

Mr. Bigel is a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA), the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), The Creative Coalition (TCC), the American Film Institute (AFI), and is a Board member of the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival (the largest festival dedicated for short films in the world). Mr. Bigel graduated from Brandeis University in 1987.
